We truly appreciate your support of Retro Ranch Creations and want you to love your purchase!

All Sales Final on Personalized Items

Because many of our items are custom-made or made to order, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns Eligibility

For eligible non-custom items, returns must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Include original tags (if applicable)

If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size (for eligible items), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate if inventory allows.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Worn or washed items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.
